Oil Restrictors are an important, but often overlooked aspect in fitting a Ball Bearing Turbo.
Oil pressure of approx. 40psi - 45psi at maximum engine speed is highly recommended to avoid damage to the Turbos internals and over pressurisation that may cause leaks.
The most common way to achieve this is by fitting a restrictor with a 0.040" orifice in the oil feed to the Turbo.
We now stock various oil restrictors for many different Turbos with different performance Characteristics.
